A Pipedrive implementation costs between €1,500 and €5,000 for us. However, the exact investment depends on: (1) the data that needs to be imported to Pipedrive, (2) the required links to websites and other systems, and (3) how much we need to train and support your people in adopting Pipedrive. Are you curious about the costs for your situation? After an introduction, we can often immediately offer a fixed price for the complete implementation.
We can integrate Pipedrive with almost all other systems. For example, we often link Pipedrive to websites so that website leads automatically end up in Pipedrive. In addition, we make links with other systems, such as the system you use to deliver your service or product. Finally, we can connect Pipedrive to some accounting and billing systems. We have done this for Moneybird and Exact Online in the past.
That depends on your phone system. Setting up a click-to-call function, where you call the customer by clicking on a phone number in Pipedrive, is always possible. A slightly more complicated feature is letting the customer card “pop up” when you receive a call from a customer. In this case, your Pipedrive must offer an integration with your phone system. You can find out whether your phone system offers this here.

Yes, there are two ways to do that. On the one hand, Pipedrive has an add-on called Campaigns. This allows you to set up, send and automate email campaigns for as little as €16 per month. In addition, Pipedrive offers integrations with many other email marketing tools, including MailChimp and ActiveCampaign.
Yes, you can. Pipedrive has an add-on called SmartDocs. This allows you to create document templates and have them filled with data from Pipedrive on command. You can also then send these documents to your customers to be signed digitally.
