Now that we have mapped out the process, we can give you an idea of which (combination of) tools optimally support your processes. If your processes are standard, as we often see in a sales process, we use a standard system (CRM). But if your process is customized, as we often see in operational processes, we use modular (no-code) tools that we can tailor to your organization.
